Hamasaki Ayumi: FIVE

 

Ever since Hamasaki Ayumi got married, she has been relatively quiet in 2011 without releasing a single single. On 31 August 2011, she finally broke her silence for the first time in 2011 and released this mini-album FIVE. As the title suggests, this mini-album has only five tracks, including the highly anticipated collaboration song 'Why…' featuring JUNO who is the twin brother of JYJ's Junsu. FIVE also includes 'ANother Song' which is Ayumi's second collaboration with AAA's Urata Naoya. Also including 'progress' the theme song for the PS3 game Tales of Xillia.

Everyone was pretty shocked to see Ayumi released a mini-album instead of her usual album. There's talks and questions about it... wondering if her new marriage life is the root cause of it or releasing mini-album is a new direction that she is heading towards or is she lacking of things to write for her songs? No one is able to answer this as only Ayumi herself has the real answer. 

As her fans we should be more understanding and not demand so much from Ayumi . Which girl won't want to enjoy their time with the love that they finally found? So we should give her time to enjoy her new marriage life and make the necessary adjustments between her hectic work and new marriage life. I trust Ayumi will never forget her promise that she posted on her AyuTeam blog when she announced her marriage to Mannie. So let's be patience with her... I strongly believe that she will be back to her usual self soon as she loves her fans alot... no doubt about it. :)
